Azerbaijan championship among males and females who was born in 2005 and younger has finished which held in “Şüa” sport-health complex organized by the Ministry of Youth and Sport and Azerbaijan Table Tennis Federation.

Nearly 140 athletes from Baku and other parts of the country have participated in the individual format which started on 9 November.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Sebuhi Mekthizadeh Vice-President of the Table Tennis Federation of Azerbaijan talked about protect physical and spiritual health under the leadership of President National Olympic Committee Ilham Aliyev also he mentioned raising the image of our sport and implementation of comprehensive measures for development and strengthening the material-technical base of sport,the actions taken towards the establishment of modern sports infrastructure in the regions.The Vice-President of the Federation noted development table tennis along with other sports in the country, rising interest of children and adults in this sport, the work done in the direction of its development. Then the tournament has finished.

Emin Mammadov awarded as the first place among the boys competition, Bejanov Khaliq second place, third place Abdulov Ilkin. Among the girls İranpur Fidan awarded as first place, Khadija Əbilzadə second place, third place Rasulzadeh Ayse and Novruzova Husniyya.

At the end the winners were awarded with diplomas and prizes by the Table Tennis Federation of Azerbaijan.
